The Democrats are DOOMED
^.^
Obama has won yesterday's election and will become the 44th President of the United States.
The Democrats are DOOMED.
How's that, you might ask. Well, after January 20, 2009, the Liberalista Dems will control the
White House, they will have expanded their majority in the US House, and they will have just
short of a fillibuster-proof majority in the US Senate.
Right now, despite the fact that the Democrats can pass whatever they wish through Congress
and put it on the President's desk, they still have Republicans that they can blame the failure to
pass bills on.
Now, with the expanded majorities, with Republicans in such a minority that they are virtually
irrelevant. Democrats have no excuse for any poor perfomance that happens. Liberalista Dems
had better hope that everything in the world goes swimmingly for the next four years. Otherwise,
in 2012, you will see a wave sweeping Democrats out of government.
Do you believe that President Obama will have an easy time, a peaceful time? Already there are
serious issues that he will face. Our economy has taken a hit, and the president of Russia has made
noises about putting jamming units in eastern Europe to oppose our missile defense system there.
Israel attacked a suspected tunnel in the Gaza Strip (justifiably), and Iran has said that they don't
expect Us-Iran relations to improve.
And these are just some of the problems that we have to deal with NOW, much less what happens
between now and 2012.
Republicans will be able to run on Obama and the Democrats' inability to rise to some upcoming
situation, an inability to pass an important bill, or an inability to resolve an upcoming problem.
It will be all on them, and it will be their responsibility, and it will be their fault.
